MOLD HAZARDS

Mold growth in buildings is caused by some form of moisture.   This moisture can come from liquid flows such as a leak, high humidity, condensation, or capillary action, which is the process of moisture seeping through a block wall. Excess moisture can deteriorate structural components, adversely affect HVAC systems, and cause fungal and bacterial growth. This growth inside structures is not hygienic and can cause major health problems and impact the operations of building systems.  Our experts can conduct an inspection to check for recent moisture intrusion and other signs that mold growth and microbiological contamination are present.  From there our experts can determine the root cause of the mold.
