The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) is one of the United States’ most comprehensive pieces of civil rights legislation.  It prohibits the discrimination of people with disabilities and guarantees that they have the same opportunities as every other American to participate in the mainstream activities of everyday life.  Included in the ADA are design guidelines for the construction of buildings and structures that ensure the facilities are accessible and usable to people with disabilities.  Our experts have experience with architectural design and therefore the knowledge of ADA accessibility guidelines and what makes a facility ADA compliant.  After a site inspection and investigation our experts are able to ascertain if a structure is, in fact, meeting the requirements of the ADA.
